Who is a Contract Engineer?
The Contract Engineer is a team of professionals that has recently become a new player in the construction process. The function of a contract engineer is not a requirement of the Construction Law, but was introduced by the International Federation of Consulting Engineers FIDIC. They act on the basis of the FIDIC Uniform Contract Conditions, the contract with the investor and under the Construction Law.
